Decube Data is a rapidly growing startup in Southeast Asia. It faces the challenge of managing an equally rapidly growing team. From recruitment to onboarding, payroll and performance management, Decube Data turns to BrioHR to help scale their needs.
We've spoken to Jatin Solanki, Decube Data's founder and CEO, who takes us through his journey with BrioHR.
Jatin, could you give a few words about your entrepreneur journey?:
After 16 years working in the field of data, this is my first venture as an entrepreneur. I work to ensure the implementation of required tools and support systems from Day One, whether it be staff onboarding or customer acquisition. These methods will help us drive the necessary corporate development.
What does Decube Data do, and how can it help other companies?
As Southeast Asia's first data observability platform, Decube's goal is to reduce data quality challenges and increase data trust. As a business or data owner, a persistent issue is maintaining the consistency of data quality. Implementing in-house systems is costly and inefficient. Decube monitors these data systems from start to finish, generating warnings to guarantee that issues are addressed in real time.
HR brings a lot of challenges for growing companies, how did BrioHR help overcome these?
BrioHR has an all inclusive suite that is used at Decube to power different aspects of our HR realm.
The payroll management has been automated so that human interaction has been brought to a minimum when it comes to pay. Leave and claims management is now fully centralized in the Brio app which makes requests and approvals seamless for both employees and managers. Finally the Brio platform offers analytics and reporting tools that are useful to every department.
As a growing company, Decube's main focuses are to hire the right people and to hire them in a timely manner. To do so they chose to add the talent acquisition module to their subscription. With this module, Decube can manage job openings, create interview scorecards and manage onboarding directly on the BrioHR app.
BrioHR has pleased the entire team, and I want to become an advocate. It is simple to set up, migrations are seamless, and payroll setup takes only a few minutes.
