The time attendance system is one tool that that helps organizations track when employees start and end work, as well as their breaks, overtime, and absences.
How does brioHR’s Time & Attendance work?
Our time attendance system works natively with out payroll and leave module so you will know exactly when employees are on leave, if they are late or absent and calculate the amount of overtime clocked (if any) Clocking in and out can be done very easily with our mobile app equipped with geolocation/fencing and facial recognition to prevent buddy punching
Can it handle overtime calculations?
Yes, it handles overtime calculations based on your custom calculation methods with allowances tagged to each shift/ schedule
Is it suitable for remote or field teams?
The TA module works for all groups of people be it locally or remote and can be configured to meet your requirements
Will it integrate with payroll?
Yes it does integrate natively with brioHR’s payroll module ensuring that you are always compliant to local statutory requirements
How does it help with compliance?

We have encryption of data at rest and in transit and data is stored in world renowned cloud storage hosted by AWS. How quickly can we get started?
not sure if this is a point where you want to direct them to a demo form or a cta? I feel like if we say typical implementation takes 6-8 weeks we may lose some of them directly.
Can we customize work schedules and shifts?
Yes! It is super configurable with just the click of a few buttons. Some has even reportedly say it feels like doing it on excel (over-romanticizing it a bit)
Does it support location tracking or geofencing?
Yes. on top of that, we do even support clocking in of multiple locations per employee
Can employees clock in from their phones?
Yes
How does it handle leave and absence tracking?
Our time attendance system works natively with our leave module so you will know exactly when employees are on leave, if they are late or absent and will be able to convert to unpaid leave if absent on our payroll module
Is it easy to switch from our current system or spreadsheets?
Some has reported that using brioHR feels exactly like doing it on spreadsheets. Able to cater to the same level of complications with the same ease of use.
Is there an import/export function for recurring settings like OT codes or allowance policies between subsidiaries?
Recurring settings can be easily set up and no, you don't have to remember anything like an OT code because you can name the shifts however you want. Spell the shift out if you need to.
Is it possible to integrate with our existing biometric devices for clock-ins and clock-outs?
Yes! We are natively integrated to Timetec and HiKVision biometric devices. That said, we also have many different ways of integration which will be able to work with most third party biometric devices. However, if you require an API integration, this can be discussed on a case to case basis or you can speak to your hardware vendor to build a bridge to pull one of our readily available APIs.
