With a fast-growing team spread across two countries, the company needed a solution that would allow effective management of two offices with variations in its payroll arrangements, leave policies and currency of claims.
BrioHR came in to do just that. Its customisable modules allow teams to set specific policies like claim cut-off dates, limits on specific claim areas like medical support and special leave categories like the company’s Just Need A Break policy that gives team members 2 additional days of leave every month. Team members can easily apply for leave and submit claims within the pre-set boundaries and can even submit claims in the relevant home currency. The shared leave calendar also means the team can easily plan and cover for one another.
