Founded by Azran Osman-Rani and Dr. Jeremy Ting, Naluri is a digital therapeutics company that combines behavior science, data science, and digital design as part of its digital therapeutics solution. The startup essentially works with companies to improve their employee’s physical and mental health levels to prevent chronic diseases, but also works with the companies themselves to reduce healthcare costs.

Naluri is rapidly growing its influence within South East Asia. The healthcare startup recently closed a successful Series A with US$5 million of funding. To ensure that the startup scales quickly, Naluri uses BrioHR to streamline its recruitment, HR administration, and payroll process in a better way.

Meet Kristina, People Manager of Naluri

Kristina started her career in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory. She eventually joined Naluri as People Manager where she is focused on building the people function, processes and structures at Naluri.

Prior to Kristina joining, the healthtech startup was already using BrioHR for Payroll and admin. The platform was more fully leveraged when the People Manager joined, where she drove further automation and digitalisation of key HR processes–bringing all employees onboard BrioHR for other modules, such as Recruitment. As a result, specific key HR processes are now more seamless, with information readily available on the platform.
